Form meets function.
Bold design meets flawless functionality.
Hello!
PrismFrame is built for portfolios that need polished presentation without editing application code. The theme keeps visible content in Markdown, so section copy, project entries, media references, SEO details, and contact settings can be updated from the customization folder.
The layout is designed for designers, developers, photographers, studios, and creative technologists who want their work to stay visual and easy to scan. A cinematic hero, sticky image about section, fullscreen project galleries with a storytelling overlay, and focused contact area work together as a complete portfolio system.
Theme Features
- Markdown-driven content for the about section, contact section, SEO, and project case studies.
- Responsive section layouts that adapt across mobile, tablet, and desktop screens.
- Hero section with editable brand, call-to-action copy, fullscreen video or image, captions, and overlay opacity.
- Fullscreen project image galleries with a storytelling overlay, slider navigation, desktop thumbnails, mobile and fullscreen arrow controls, and optional photo preview.
- Customizable nav menu with editable labels, contact details, social icons and copyright text.
- Optional accent color customization through the theme settings file.
Markdown Formatting
About copy can include bold highlights, soft emphasis, inline labels, retired notes, and external profile links for destinations outside the portfolio.
Inline code is useful for calling out editable settings like about_body, project_excerpt, and contactInfo.email directly inside a paragraph.
Content Blocks
- Introduce the person, studio, product, or creative practice.
- Describe the type of work the portfolio is built to showcase.
- Add services, tools, values, quick facts, or links to external websites.
A strong portfolio theme should make the work feel intentional while keeping content updates approachable.
| Markdown option | Theme use |
|---|---|
| Heading | Breaks longer about copy into readable sections |
| External link | Points visitors to an off-site profile or channel |
| List | Organizes services, values, tools, or quick facts |
| Blockquote | Adds a pull quote, note, or testimonial-style highlight |
| Code | Highlights a short technical phrase or content setting |
| Strikethrough | Marks outdated language without removing the context |

about_body: markdown content area
theme_focus: portfolio presentation
editable_from: customization/content/about.md
shared_copy_styles: about, project, contact
Because PrismFrame separates content from the application structure, the theme can be adjusted for many kinds of creative work while keeping the underlying Next.js app stable.

PrismFrame's contact section supports a connected Formspree form or a direct contact fallback with email, phone, and location details.
Use this space to invite project inquiries, bookings, collaborations, or general questions. Social icons can point to external profiles, shops, newsletters, booking pages, and other off-site channels.
